Community DPC Access Program
The Community DPC Access Program provides free or income-based direct primary care memberships to individuals and families who are uninsured or underinsured in Albuquerque. Through this initiative, participants receive comprehensive primary care services—including routine visits, basic labs, wellness screenings, and chronic disease management—without the barriers of traditional insurance. Our goal is to ensure that high-quality, consistent care is accessible to all, helping reduce emergency room visits, improve health outcomes, and promote long-term wellness in underserved communities.
Wellness Education & Empowerment Workshops
Our Wellness Workshops are designed to educate, inspire, and equip community members with the tools they need to take charge of their health. Hosted regularly at our clinic and local partner venues, these interactive sessions cover vital topics such as nutrition, movement, stress management, hormone health, inflammation, and disease prevention. Led by licensed providers and guest experts, the workshops are open to all and are crafted to be inclusive, evidence-based, and easy to apply to everyday life. Whether you're starting your wellness journey or seeking to expand your knowledge, these workshops provide real tools for transformation.
Food & Health Equity Distribution
Through our Food & Health Resource Distribution initiative, we address the often-overlooked social determinants of health by providing monthly wellness support kits. These include healthy, shelf-stable food items, seasonal produce (when available), hygiene products, first aid supplies, and printed health education materials. Kits are distributed to individuals and families facing economic hardship, food insecurity, or limited access to preventive resources. This program helps bridge gaps in basic wellness needs and reinforces our mission to create a healthier Albuquerque from the inside out.
Rural & Neighborhood Outreach Clinics
Our Rural & Neighborhood Outreach Clinics bring essential wellness services directly to underserved areas in and around Albuquerque. By partnering with local schools, churches, and shelters, we host pop-up clinics that offer preventive screenings, health education, flu vaccines, and basic primary care services. These events are designed to eliminate transportation and cost barriers while building trust within the communities we serve. With a mobile, flexible approach, we extend our reach and ensure no one is left behind on their path to wellness.
